We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Most orders are processed on the same day) after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- If an item is out of stock or there are unexpected delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days (Dependent on the location the product is shipped to).
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days (Dependent on the location the product is shipped to).
- Local Pickup: Available from our warehouse by appointment.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
- Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (check our website for current promotions).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos of the package and product.
- If your order is lost in transit, contact us so we can investigate with the courier and resolve the issue.
