Refunds and Returns Policy

At Euroware NZ, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our tapware products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refunds and Returns Policy below.

Euroware NZ upholds the highest standards of Refunds and Returns Policy by strict adherence to the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA).

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Return requests must be made within 2 days of receipt of the product.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Items on sale or clearance are non-refundable, unless faulty.
  • Euroware advises all tapware be installed by certified plumbers only.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
  • Ship the item back to our designated return address.
  • Upon inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
  • If a refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email once it is processed.

4. Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it at no additional cost.
  • If you need a different item, return the original and place a new order.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
